November is Veterans Month

Honoring Those Who ServedBecause Your Wellbeing Matters

To every veteran, reservist, guardsman, and military family who has carried the weight of service: thank you. Your sacrifice is honored here, and your mental health deserves the same attention you gave to your duty.

Your Wellbeing Matters

Service Changes You. You Do Not Have to Carry It Alone.

Many veterans are taught to push through. But sleepless nights, irritability, numbness, or feeling on guard long after coming home are not weaknesses, and they are not things you have to earn the right to talk about. Asking for help is a form of strength, and it is available to you here.

Veteran Evaluations & DBQs

Professional mental health evaluations, diagnosis, and clinically appropriate DBQ completion for veterans navigating disability-related care and documentation.

Trauma & PTSD Support

Compassionate, evidence-informed care for PTSD, moral injury, anxiety, and the invisible wounds that often surface after service.

Couples & Family Counseling

Support for the relationships that carry the cost of deployment, transition, and long separations.

Faith-Integrated Care

For those who want it, counseling that welcomes your faith as part of healing, never as a requirement for receiving care.

What to Expect

How a Veteran Evaluation Works

A clear, respectful process with a licensed clinician who understands military culture.

1

Reach out

Call or send an inquiry and let us know you are seeking a veteran evaluation or ongoing counseling. No referral is required to start the conversation.

2

Share your history

We review your service background, current concerns, and any documentation you already have, then schedule an appointment that fits your availability, in person or virtually.

3

Complete the evaluation

A licensed clinician conducts a thorough diagnostic evaluation, including a mental health assessment and clinical interview.

4

Receive your documentation

You receive clinically appropriate documentation, including DBQ completion where warranted, so you can submit it through the proper channels.

Before you come in

  • Bring any service records, prior evaluations, or treatment documentation you have
  • A list of current medications and providers is helpful, if applicable
  • Come with your questions; we will explain each step before we begin

Evaluation appointments are 60 minutes. See our good faith estimate for cost transparency.
